Colleagues from across our schools came together to explore leadership, reflect on their strengths, share experiences and deepen their understanding of what effective leadership looks like in practice.
Through collaborative discussion, professional challenge and valuable peer learning, participants continued their development journey while strengthening connections across the Trust.
